What to expect from P & M Sound…

You can expect, and we guarantee, top quality dj performance and entertainment at your reception. When you arrive at your function facility, don’t be surprised if you receive an enthusiastic congratulations as your DJ / Master of Ceremonies bids you a warm welcome…They are about to have the pleasure of announcing your grand entrance, one of the things they enjoy the most! And for the next few hours, it will be your DJ / Master of Ceremonies’ job to lead the festivities, play the music that is important to you and your guests and keep the reception running smoothly. Who coordinates the reception?

Your P & M Sound DJ will also act as a Master of Ceremonies to help maintain the proper flow of your reception. Your DJ coordinates with your photographer and videographer throughout he reception to ensure that you get the best photos for your wedding album and DVD, and then we coordinate with your function facility staff. This ensures that everyone involved with your reception knows exactly what is happening at all times. So while you may be thinking about a DJ just for the music, our DJ’s will do everything and more to make your reception the best reception your guests have ever been to.

Proper Planning…

Proper planning for your wedding day includes giving your DJ a guideline of the types of music (Dance, Oldies, Country etc.) that you would like to be played. It is very important to keep in mind that you would like all of your guests to be satisfied, so be sure to tell the DJ the age range of your guests. A mixed age range from young to old is our best crowd. We’ll select music that will keep your dance floor hopping. We will also take a list of music that you DON’T want to hear at your reception…These are just as important as the songs that you DO want to hear!
